Terms and Conditions

Prize includes a week or short break at a choice of two apartments for each category.  The apartments available for the prize of the "One man/woman and their dog" will be a dog friendly apartment.  The holiday can be a short break or a week to be taken during March or April 2011, subject to availability and excluding Easter.  There is no cash alternative. Entrants have to be 16 years of age or older. The editor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  A maximum of three entries permitted per person.  By entering this competition you agree to surrender the copyright of the photographs to Mylor Harbourside (Mylor Holding Co) and Mylor Yacht Harbour Ltd for their use in future publications and websites.  By entering you also agree to receive monthly email communications from Mylor Harbourside.  You can choose to unsubscribe from receiving further emails at any time by clicking on a link contained in each email.  Closing date for entries is midnight 01.10.10.  Winners will be notified by email on Tuesday 5th October 2010.
