Reducing the Impact
Mylor is set on the banks of the Fal Estuary and, including the Helford, is a designated Special Area of Conservation for plants and wildlife both in and out of the water. The Fal Estuary is considered to be one of the best sites in Europe for marine wildlife because of the different habitats it contains.
Everyone on the water and the coasts are aware of their impact on the environment. It is important to reduce, reuse and recycle everything we can to minimise our impact on our environment. Read Mylor's Environmental statement to see what we do.
We ask all visitors who come to Cornwall to respect the landscape and be conscious of their impact when they are here. There are numerous ways in which you can have an environmentally friendly holiday and be a responsible visitor
